Below are the rates and payment details:

Rate: $160.00 per 50-minute session

Initial Intake: $190.00 for the initial intake session

Currently accepting Regence, First Choice, Premera, Kaiser, United, Ambetter, and most Washington State Medicaid insurance plans.

Out-of-network provider for all other insurance plans. I can provide you with billing information that you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement.

A free 15-minute phone or in-person consultation is available to help you determine if my services are the right fit for you.
In addition to individual counseling, I offer supervision to LMHCA clinicians working towards licensure. My supervision rates are the same as my hourly rate with the option of dyadic supervision. I am open discussing other supervision arrangements if we seem to be a good fit.
